LingoGap is a digital language-learning service providing educational content and learning tools, including lessons, flashcards, progress features, AI-assisted language feedback and PD3-style practice.

LingoGap is operated and commercially provided by Uglecare ApS under licence from the relevant rights holder.

Uglecare ApS is responsible for the customer-facing commercial operation of LingoGap, including subscription administration, customer support and related commercial matters.

3. Ownership and intellectual property

The LingoGap brand, software, educational content and other intellectual property are owned by the relevant rights holder(s) and are made available for the operation of LingoGap under licence.

Uglecare ApS does not acquire ownership of those intellectual-property rights through its role as commercial operator.

Use of LingoGap does not transfer any ownership of LingoGap intellectual property to users.

4. Payments and subscriptions

LingoGap offers free access and may offer paid subscription plans.

Website subscriptions may be purchased and managed using Stripe.

Subscriptions purchased through the LingoGap Android application use Google Play Billing.

The applicable price, billing interval, recurring nature of a subscription and other material purchase information are displayed before the user completes a purchase.

Payment processing, subscription management, cancellation and refund procedures may differ depending on the billing channel used.

Google Play purchases are also subject to applicable Google Play terms and procedures.

5. Consumer, privacy and legal information

Use of LingoGap is governed by the applicable LingoGap legal policies, including:

- Terms and Conditions;

- Privacy Policy;

These documents should be read together with any pricing, subscription or purchase information displayed before a transaction is completed.

Nothing on this page limits any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
