LingoGap is a Danish-language learning platform providing digital educational content, learning tools, AI-assisted language feedback, flashcards, progress tracking and PD3-style practice features.

2. Legal seller and commercial operator

LingoGap subscriptions and related customer-facing commercial services are sold and commercially administered by:

UgleCare ApS acts as the legal seller and commercial operator of LingoGap under a limited commercial licence from the owner of the LingoGap platform and intellectual property.

In this role, UgleCare ApS may:

• market and sell LingoGap subscriptions;
• use Stripe and other approved payment services;
• receive customer payments;
• issue or administer invoices and receipts;
• administer subscription plans;
• handle billing-related customer communication;
• manage cancellations;
• receive and assess withdrawal and refund requests;
• process full or partial refunds;
• handle payment disputes and chargebacks;
• manage relevant VAT, accounting and commercial records; and
• coordinate customer support where appropriate.

3. Ownership of LingoGap

The LingoGap platform and its intellectual property are independently owned.

This includes, where applicable:

• the LingoGap name and brand;
• domain names;
• source code;
• software architecture;
• databases and technical systems;
• educational content;
• lesson content;
• exercises;
• Word Bank content;
• flashcard systems;
• AI workflows and instructions;
• product documentation;
• designs;
• media;
• technical configurations; and
• other original platform assets.

UgleCare ApS does not acquire ownership of these assets by acting as legal seller or commercial operator.

The commercial licence granted to UgleCare ApS is limited, non-transferable and subject to the applicable private licence and operations agreement.

Nothing on this page transfers ownership of the LingoGap platform or intellectual property to UgleCare ApS.

4. Technical operation

The technical development and operation of LingoGap are handled independently from UgleCare ApS’s commercial role.

Technical responsibilities may include:

• source-code development;
• repository administration;
• domain and hosting administration;
• Firebase and database administration;
• application maintenance;
• security;
• technical monitoring;
• technical support;
• AI-service configuration;
• content management;
• bug fixes;
• product development; and
• infrastructure administration.

These technical responsibilities may be performed by the independent owner or technical operator of the LingoGap platform.

UgleCare ApS does not obtain ownership of the technical infrastructure, repositories, code, domains, content or platform systems through its commercial role.

5. Customer contracts

When a customer purchases a paid LingoGap subscription, the customer-facing sales relationship is with UgleCare ApS as the legal seller and commercial operator.

The applicable contractual terms include:

• the LingoGap Terms and Conditions;
• the Withdrawal, Cancellation and Refund Policy;
• the Privacy Policy;
• the Cookie Policy; and
• any pricing, plan or checkout information presented before purchase.

These documents should be read together.

6. Payments and subscriptions

Payments and recurring subscriptions may be processed through Stripe.

UgleCare ApS is responsible for the relevant customer-facing commercial administration of:

• subscription sales;
• recurring billing;
• invoices and receipts;
• payment enquiries;
• subscription cancellation;
• withdrawal requests;
• refunds;
• chargebacks; and
• related commercial records.

Stripe may independently process personal data and payment information according to its own legal terms and privacy information.

LingoGap and UgleCare ApS do not intend to receive or store complete payment-card details entered through Stripe’s hosted payment interface.

7. Prices and VAT

Prices displayed to consumers are intended to be shown in Danish kroner and, where stated, inclusive of applicable VAT.

The applicable price, billing interval and subscription terms are shown before purchase.

The customer is responsible for reviewing the checkout information before completing payment.

General customer, subscription, billing, cancellation, withdrawal and refund enquiries should be sent to:

9. Data protection

UgleCare ApS acts as the publicly identified data controller for the customer-facing personal-data processing described in the LingoGap Privacy Policy, subject to the actual allocation of responsibilities under applicable law and the relevant internal data-processing arrangements.

Technical processing may be carried out by an independent technical operator on behalf of UgleCare ApS where necessary for:

• operating the platform;
• maintaining the service;
• securing accounts and systems;
• providing technical support;
• administering infrastructure; and
• implementing valid privacy requests.

10. Intellectual-property enquiries

Questions relating to the LingoGap platform, brand, content or intellectual property may be sent to:

support@lingogap.dk

Commercial use of LingoGap intellectual property is permitted only where authorised by the relevant rights holder.

No customer, partner, contractor or third party receives ownership of LingoGap intellectual property merely by:

• using the service;
• purchasing a subscription;
• providing feedback;
• assisting with commercial administration; or
• referring customers to LingoGap.

• changes to company information;
• changes to the commercial operating arrangement;
• legal or regulatory requirements;
